On Saturday April 21 at the Philadelphia National Cemetery with support from the Mutter Museum (http://muttermuseum.org) the Camp William Penn Museum and the 3rd Regiment USCT Re-Enactors will be unveiling a storyboard at the Philadelphia National Cemetery.
